What we did

The TRUST ITM® Mobile Kit is a plug & play solution consisting of magnetic sensors designed to detect overheating on any metallic surface. In mining, the potential applications are countless: final drives, conveyor belt bearings, rollers. One of the most interesting applications of this technology is on the bolts of loaders, where preventing damage is essential to avoid costly machine downtime. The data extracted from the sensors can be read locally on a display in the operator's cab, or remotely on a cloud-based platform. The latter is also designed to send automatic notifications to authorised personnel when critical temperatures are reached.
