Product Engineering, Testing & Metallurgical Laboratory
At ITM, product engineering and testing services include Finite Elements (FE) calculation and dynamic tests, forging and casting simulation software, test bench validation, field tests, and competitor benchmarking. ITM’s advanced metallurgical laboratory, a state-of-the-art mechanical engineering centre, conducts rigorous tests on its products and components, working closely with customers to share knowledge and consistently provide appropriate solutions.
Manufacturing
ITM has eleven production facilities and assembly plants. ITM’s manufacturing facilities use the latest technologies and handle every stage of the manufacturing process to provide one-stop solutions for any undercarriage requirement. The foundry and forging facilities produce a diverse range of cast products, ensuring quality control and allowing ITM to create undercarriage components that meet the highest standards of durability and reliability. ITM Group is implementing the assessment of its suppliers according to ESG criteria, such as ISO certifications for quality, environment, health & safety and energy.
