ITM TrackAdvice® is a universal system which meets the needs of owners and operators, optimising the management of undercarriage components through the power of data. The TrackAdvice® software analyses all the data received from TRUST ITM® sensors and data input during inspection with the TrackAdvice® kit. Through the TrackAdvice® kit, operators on the field will be able to measure the key parameters of undercarriage components and, guided by the instructions provided in the app, to send this data to the software via the ITM Cloud. TrackAdvice® will provide very easy-to-use dashboards with suggestions to ensure maximum productivity, greater durability and lower maintenance costs.

TrackAdvice® assists operators in inspecting undercarriages and collecting data in the field, which is then gathered and transferred to the centralised database. This enables data analytics processing, leading to reports and recommendations for fleet management and maintenance of all your machines.

Wear percentage, component hours worked and remaining predicted life are measured in the field using the ultrasonic tool connected directly to an Android app. This solution allows you to record the conditions on the ground and analyse the status of each individual component, with the option of integrating your inspection data with images and comments.
Data is stored in the cloud for easy web access (no software installation required) then automatically transferred to a centralised database for report generation. Without network coverage, data is kept for later transmission. Inspection can even be completed offline if there is no internet access. Data will be synchronised once the network is available again, so you always have the updated status of each individual component, wherever you are.
Individual machines or whole fleet inspections can be scheduled. The system automatically calculates overdue inspections, sends reminders, and removes them once completed. An advanced algorithm forecasts component replacement dates based on wear percentage, optimizing stock management and preventing costly downtime.
Component performance reports are always available straight after inspection for all the different types of components, to be compared across your fleet. Data can be interpreted remotely by specialised staff to ensure the maximum efficiency of each undercarriage component.
All parameters are always remotely accessible on the TrackAdvice® web portal thanks to the ITM Cloud.
The system provides real-time data, undercarriage recommendations, and inspection scheduling to guide your decisions. Additionally, a monthly forecast is delivered to help anticipate undercarriage maintenance.
Inspection data, historical reports and wear graphs with residual life estimates for each component can be viewed through the dashboard. The system also automatically calculates working hours per day and days of stoppage, offering precise maintenance planning. The system is able to store and view images and, after the second inspection, it can estimate the residual life of the parts, without knowing installation hours.
The system generates PDF reports, including overall evaluation codes, recommended actions, and field-taken machine pictures. It provides inspection numbers with residual life projections, component comparison graphs, and track sag evaluations.
