ITM engineering designs new products by using Finite Element (FE) calculations to identify critical areas for optimised geometry.
We offer a wide range of undercarriage components, and our engineering team selects the best option and composition for any specific needs.
Additionally, thanks to our in-house casting and forging capabilities, we are able to develop and manufacture new products outside our existing portfolio specifically for your application.

ITM chooses the perfect chemical composition of steel based on its production technologies, component geometry, and mechanical properties identified through Finite Element (FE) analysis.
The use of simulation software for the correct composition of materials (cast and forging processes), based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), makes it possible to analyse the final structure of the product, guaranteeing increased precision and reduced project and production timelines, and minimizing defects in the final product.

Our in-house engineering and production capacities at various locations enable us to supply our customers with ready-to- use crawlers.

In addition to standard static analysis, ITM offers on-demand fatigue analysis of steel structures following state-of-the-art methods (FKM guideline).
The weld seam design is verified with special software that allows us to find the most suitable weld seams according to the concept of structural stress (hot spot method).
This ensures that the frames developed for our customers are protected over their entire service life.

The ITM Group has its own foundry and forging facilities that produce a diverse range of cast products, ensuring quality control and flexibility in material selection, allowing us to create undercarriage components that meet the highest standards of durability and reliability.
Our assembly teams ensure that each component is fitted with precision, adhering to the highest standards of quality.
We carefully manage logistics from our facility to the customer’s application site, ensuring timely delivery of any type of undercarriage.
Most of our products are made using recycled steel.
