Construction Excavators

Construction Excavators components: enhancing performance and durability

Construction Excavators are earthmoving machines used to dig and move large amounts of material, such as rock and soil. They perform a variety of tasks, from digging basements to laying pipes. These machines tram for about 20% of their engine’s Service Meter Unit (SMU) time. They are primarily used on construction sites for lifting, transporting, and especially for digging various types of materials. During travel on rough terrains or, occasionally, on public roads, the undercarriage components are subject to medium to high impact. The undercarriage components, therefore, need to be suitable for these conditions.

Following customer recommendations, ITM is committed to ensuring its products meet the stringent requirements of the construction sector while offering the lowest possible hourly operating costs.
All Construction Excavator components are designed to be fully interchangeable with the original parts. Special attention is given to ease of installation, especially in the field, reduced maintenance, and improved performance. Most Track Groups and Track Chains are available with either a T-Type master pin, which is the preferred choice because it doesn’t require a field press, or a press-fit type master pin. Both options are guaranteed to offer the same resistance: it’s simply a matter of customer preference.
