ITM Mining Pty Ltd
ITM Mining is the base for ITM’s operations in Australia. Two modern facilities, located in Western Australia and Queensland, ensure coverage of the major Australian mining regions, offering on-site service and repair as well as plentiful stock. In addition to track shoe regrousing and component re-shelling/rebuilding, ITM offers a complete frame refurbishment service. All services are carried out by expert ITM personnel with extensive experience in undercarriage maintenance.

Track shop services
ITM Australia provides track shop services to maximise machine uptime and extend the service life of undercarriage components. Thanks to specialised facilities and experienced professionals, ITM delivers efficient refurbishment and repair solutions tailored to the demanding conditions of the mining sector.
Each service begins with a detailed inspection and undercarriage assessment, enabling data-driven decisions on whether to repair, recondition, or replace components. This approach ensures optimised wear life and improved return on investment for customers’ fleets.

ITM Australia’s track shop services cover a complete range of undercarriage maintenance and refurbishment solutions, including track chain reseals, repairs and full assessments, pin and bush turning or replacement to extend component life, grouser plate and track shoe reconditioning (re-lugging), roller re-shelling and re-sealing, idler and component rebuilding, track shoe removal and repair operations, track link milling and structural repairs.

Frame Rebuild Solutions
ITM Australia offers specialised track frame rebuild and refurbishment services designed to help customers maximise the value and lifespan of their equipment. By restoring track frames to OEM specifications, ITM provides a cost-effective solution for extending asset life while maintaining reliability and performance.
Each rebuild project begins with a comprehensive inspection and assessment process, including stripping, cleaning, measuring and evaluating the frame condition. Based on the findings, customers receive a detailed scope of work tailored to their equipment requirements.
To further minimise downtime, ITM Australia supports customers through a Service Exchange Program, providing access to high-quality rebuilt track frames that can be exchanged immediately, helping machines return to operation as quickly as possible.
Suitable for dozers, drills and excavators, these services contribute to improved equipment availability and reduced maintenance-related interruptions.
