More than 350 participants joined the first edition of ITM in Motion in Jarinu, São Paulo, for a day dedicated to movement, well-being and community.
On October 18, ITM Latin America celebrated the first edition of ITM in Motion, an initiative that brought together employees, family members and local residents in Jarinu, São Paulo, close to our Atibaia plant. Organized in partnership with the Municipality of Jarinu, the event welcomed more than 350 participants for a morning filled with energy, enthusiasm and team spirit. But ITM in Motion was also an opportunity to celebrate something that has always been part of ITM's identity: movement. Through our undercarriage solutions, ITM keeps industries moving around the world. With ITM in Motion, that same concept took on a new dimension, connecting movement with people's well-being and bringing ITM's core values of Inclusion, Trust, Support, Energy and Persistence to life.
Bringing people and communities together
The first edition also marked an important milestone for the local community, as it was the first event of this scale ever held in Jarinu. Employees, families and local residents shared the experience side by side, turning the event into a true celebration of community. Seeing entire families running together was a powerful expression of the connections we aim to create both within ITM and in the communities where we operate. The enthusiasm continued even after the finish line, with participants already asking about the next edition before the event had come to an end.
The success of the first ITM in Motion is the result of the commitment and enthusiasm of the ITM Latin America team, together with the support of the Municipality of Jarinu and everyone who took part in the initiative. It was a day that transformed our values into a shared experience and showed how movement can bring people closer together.
