On Monday, 21 September, Titan International, Inc. announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to sell its Italtractor ITM business to USCO S.p.A. The transaction is expected to close in January 2027, subject to customary closing conditions, including the required regulatory approvals.
Until completion of the transaction, ITM and USCO will continue to operate in the ordinary course of business.

As part of USCO, ITM will be well positioned to reinforce its role as a global provider of undercarriage components and complete undercarriage solutions, with greater focus and resources to support long-term growth, customer service, product innovation and geographic expansion.”
