Group Treasury Lead
Key Responsibilities
Within the Group Finance function, we are looking for a Group Treasury Lead who will be responsible for supporting the Group’s financial stability and liquidity management by coordinating treasury, cash management, and funding activities across multiple industrial entities. The role acts as a key link between Corporate Finance, local Finance teams, and banking institutions, ensuring effective cash flow management, compliance with treasury policies, and accurate financial analysis to support strategic decision-making within a structured and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of liquidity and consolidation of Group cash flows;
- Treasury management (cash pooling, intercompany financing, debt, and covenants);
- Coordination of the cash forecasting process;
- Management of banking relationships and support in negotiations;
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
- Monitoring of financial risks (liquidity, interest rates, foreign exchange) and policy compliance;
- Preparation of reporting for the CFO and management;
- Support for ERP systems (SAP) and improvement/automation projects;
- Involvement in SAP FI/CO roll-outs and evaluation of TMS solutions (e.g., Piteco).

- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields;
- 5–8 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance;
- Previous experience in industrial and multinational environments is preferred;
- Knowledge of treasury tools, ERP systems (SAP), and cash flow forecasting;
- Understanding of IFRS principles and foreign exchange/interest rate risk management;
- Fluent English.
Analytical mindset, results orientation, and the ability to work in complex and international environments complete the profile.

The position is regulated by the Metalworking National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) with a level between B2 and B3. The gross annual salary ranges between €45,000 and €60,000, depending on experience, skills, and role complexity. In addition, an annual variable bonus is provided based on second-level company agreements. Additional benefits include:
