Continous bucket dredger

The tracked transport vehicle is a machine designed for the fast and safe transport of heavy equipment in underground drifts. It can carry loads up to 60 t and adjust its own height up to 2 m. ITM designed a lightweight, rigid track frame to support heavy weights while maintaining machine agility and versatility.

The dry mining unit is a large mobile machine designed for sand handling. It can be operated remotely and supports efficient and adaptable material handling in surface
mining operations. ITM tailored a lightweight and rigid B10 size reinforced track frame to have machine flexibility and mobility.

Bucket dredgers are specialised in efficient sand and gravel extraction in surface mining operations and in dredging lakes, with capacities ranging from 200 t/h to 1,600 t/h. ITM designed the crawler tracks of the excavator, which are directly connected to the buckets in order to guarantee the machine’s proper functioning.

The in-pit-crushing and conveying system, designed for efficient material handling, features a mobile crusher unit with a service weight of 2,500 t, mounted on six (three twin-type) monoblock crawlers, directly loaded by a shovel. ITM designed all the crawlers, including the D11 chains for the apron feeder crushing unit. The solution contributes to guarantee a high static load value of 800 t per track.

This bucket wheel excavator, the smallest of its kind, has been manufactured to be easily transported without the need for extensive disassembly into individual parts. ITM designed an undercarriage which allows the machine to be moved around the mine with remarkable flexibility and quickly relocated when required.

The ore heap leach system is used in mining sites for efficient material extraction. This specific system also includes a mobile stacking bridge, a bucket wheel reclaimer and a tripper stacker, which are equipped with twelve B7 size frames for the mobile stacking bridge, three B9 size crawlers for the bucket wheel reclaimer and four B9 size crawlers for the tripper stacker. ITM designed all the frames and crawlers, ensuring a complete system with seamless integration and optimum operating performances.

The mobile screener is a comprehensive system of a screener, a scrubber and a tumbler for efficient material separation. This all-in-one machine works on two B9 size undercarriages. ITM designed the B9 size crawlers specifically for a machine weight of 400 t ensuring a complete system with seamless integration and optimum operating performances.

The jaw crusher is a machine specifically designed for the nickel and cobalt mine with an impressive material handling capacity of 650 t/h and a total weight of 300 t. ITM designed the B9 size track frames, which are essential to facilitate the tramming and positioning of the machine on site and to ensure seamless operation.

This stacker with telescopic boom and belt bridge weights 280 t and is used in a gold mine to transfer the material onsite. ITM designed an oversized and elongated B9 size track frame for the stacker and a B6 size track frame for the belt bridge to allow the system to be moved.

Modular scraper plants have been proven effective in sand, gravel, and crushed stone extraction. This design allows minerals to be extracted with the scraper bucket in both structural and civil engineering. ITM’s crawler undercarriage, which features both a fixed and a pivot point-supported track frame, allows the machine to move quickly, even sideways, without additional equipment.

This grasshopper conveyor system can carry 8,000 t/h of sand and gravel. ITM designed a B60 size track system for these machines to ensure maximum strength and load resistance.

This bulk material handler operates in several mines managing raw rock salt, very aggressive environment for undercarriage components.
