Customer Operations Intern

Activities

  • Providing support in managing the order cycle, including the entry, monitoring, and updating of customer orders within the SAP management system.
  • Assisting with follow‑up activities with customers.
  •  Supporting the preparation, updating, and distribution of price lists to customers, ensuring alignment with corporate commercial policies.
  • Assisting in updating the order portfolio and monitoring related deadlines.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of collaborative and high‑quality relationships with customers.
  • Providing operational support to the OEM Sales team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Languages.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is considered a plus.
  • Strong motivation and genuine interest in the commercial/sales area.
