QHSEE Intern

• Support in managing and updating the documentation of the Integrated Management System (Quality ISO 9001; Environment ISO 14001; Occupational Health and Safety ISO 45001; Energy ISO 50001; Gender Equality UNI/PdR 125).
• Collaboration in internal audit activities and in preparing the documentation required for certification audits.
• Data collection and analysis for monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) related to Quality, Environment, Safety, Energy, and Gender Equality.
• Support in process mapping, risk assessment, and updating operational procedures.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects and in internal training activities on HSE and Gender Equality.
• Contribution to promoting the company culture of safety, sustainability, and gender equality.

• Degree or university studies in Management Engineering, Economics, or specializations in Sustainability or Environment and Safety.
• Interest in management systems and ESG topics.
• Good analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Accuracy, reliability, and a strong team‑working attitude.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
